I loved seeing these two features on guys, both with serious grit, running their own small businesses in the Times this weekend. Thomas Mickens runs a fitness company focused on older adults and Phil Prado runs a window washing service. It’s nice to celebrate people having success solving real problems, even the unsexy ones.
