The brand imogene + willie is named after the grandparents of husband and wife duo Matt and Carrie Eddmenson of Nashville, Tennesee.

Friends since the third grade, they are the two of the most passionate denim-designers we’ve met.  Their goal is to create the best jeans in the world for men and women, using the highest quality materials.

Much of their premium denim hails from Cone – one of the few remaining denim mills in America.  For certain styles they travel to Japan and Turkey, “where the craft of denim fabric making is alive and full of rich history.” In short, their process is one of art.

All the (Greensboro, NC) Cone Mills love lately is amazing.
